Vorgehen bei S. (WAMP orange, aber auch localhost lässt sich nicht aufrufen)

- Visual C++ 2010 x64 installiert

- Microsoft Security Essentials deaktiviert (Virenschutz; sollte nicht das Problem gewesen sein)

- UAC bei xampp-Installation abschalten
--- msconfig -> Tools
danach wieder anschalten (zweithöchste Stufe)

xampp-installation

xampp-Start: Windows Firewall blockiert http-Server -> zulassen klicken

DANACH geht localhost, aber in xampp nicht mysql

Hey I just did this and it worked:

    exit Xampp server
    go to your C:\xampp\mysql\data directory
    delete the ibdata1 file
    restart xampp server
